INGREDIENTS

  • 3 pounds chicken wings                                               
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil                                                  
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce                                              
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

    6 cloves garlic, finely chopped      
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 4 scallions, finely chopped
  • 5 tablespoons lime juice
  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 habanero pepper, seeds and ribs removed, finely chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all the ingredients in a bowl, covering the chicken thoroughly with the seasonings and mari- nade. Transfer to a 1 gallon resealable bag and refrigerate for 2 hours , up to 24
  2. Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F/200°C(3-5minutes).
  3. Remove the wings from the bag and drain all Pat wings completely dry with a paper towel. Place the wings in the cooking basket and cook for 12-15minutes, shaking halfway through the cooking time.
  4. Serve with blue cheese dipping sauce or ranch
