- 3 medium russet potatoes, peeled 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1/4 inch by 3 inch strips.
- Soak the potatoes in water for at least 30 minutes, then drain thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Place the potatoes in a large bowl and add some oil to coat the potatoes evenly
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 350°F/180°C (3-5minutes)
- Add the potatoes to cooking basket and cook for 20-30 minutes (350°F/ 180°C) until golden and crisp
